The Story

I Spent Years Fixing Operations from the Inside. Now I Do It for Founders.

Before Iron Sharp Solutions, I spent years as a VP of Operations and Finance inside a growing small business. I was the one who built the systems, cleaned up the finances, put the processes in place, and made sure the business could function even when things got chaotic.

I've seen firsthand what happens when a founder becomes the single point of failure in their own business. The decisions pile up. The team waits. The weekends disappear. The business grows, but the founder's freedom doesn't grow with it.

I founded Iron Sharp Solutions because I knew the work that needed to be done — and I knew most founders didn't have someone willing to actually do it alongside them. Not advise from a distance. Not hand over a report. Do the work.

I'm not a motivational coach. I'm not going to give you a mindset framework or a vision board exercise. I'm going to sit down with you, map exactly where your business is leaking time and decision-making, and build the infrastructure that lets you step back without everything falling apart.
