The Story

The Numbers Have Always Been My Job.
Now They Work for You.

I started in accounting and moved into church and nonprofit work early on, serving as Director of Operations for a missions organization and as an Executive Pastor. Both roles put me in the financial chair for organizations that could not afford to get it wrong. Restricted funds, housing allowances, board reporting, donor records. I learned church finance from inside one.

After that I spent several years as VP of Operations and Finance at a growing multi-entity small business, where I owned both the financial and operational side of the organization. I led a strong team, managed the books, built reporting systems, handled payroll, and worked directly alongside the CEO on the decisions that shaped where the business went.

I started Iron Sharp Solutions because the same gap kept showing up everywhere: real revenue, no real financial picture. The fix is not complicated. Clean books, a report someone can actually read, and a real conversation about what the numbers mean. That is the job.
